Effective date: June 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using DigiKavach services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using DigiKavach's services — including Kavach One, Kavach Plus, KavachShield and this website — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. What our services do
DigiKavach provides AI-powered tools to detect and respond to cyber fraud. Our assessments are guidance, not a guarantee, and do not constitute legal advice. Bank account freezes and investigations are carried out by banks and authorities through the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP / 1930); their speed and outcome are outside our control.
3. Paid plans and Kavach Plus
Paid plans are billed as shown at the time of purchase. Kavach Plus subscriptions are purchased inside the app, where the plan, total payable and current terms are shown before payment.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when preparing complaints through our services.
- Do not use the services to file false or malicious complaints, or to test or attack our systems.
- Keep any access credentials we give you confidential.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiKavach Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services.
6. Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the services. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
