Your DPDP rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are in control of your personal data. Here is what you can ask us to do.
Right to information
Know what personal data we process, why, and with whom it has been shared.
Right to correction & erasure
Correct inaccurate data, or have it erased when it's no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
Right to grievance redressal
Raise a complaint about how your data is handled and get a response from our Grievance Officer.
Right to nominate
Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or are unable to do so.
How to exercise your rights. Email info@digikavach.com with the subject "DPDP request" and tell us which right you want to exercise and how we can identify your data (for example, the phone number you used with Kavach One). We will respond within the time required by law. If you're not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
